  • Q: How often should I train?

    • A: We recommend 3 to 5 sessions per week, for about 10 minutes each. You will likely feel results in as little as 2 weeks.

  • Q: Can I use it while pregnant?

    • A: No. You should not use Perifit while pregnant. After childbirth, please wait until your 6-week check-up before starting.

  • Q: Do I need to recharge the battery?

    • A: No! Perifit Care+ has a unique battery designed to last at least 5 years of regular training. You never have to worry about charging cables.

  • Q: Is it safe?

    • A: Yes. The device is made of medical-grade silicone (BPA & Phthalate-free). The Bluetooth antenna remains outside your body at all times.
